Ramesh Kaipa

Dr. Ramesh Kaipa is an Associate Professor and Head of the Department of Communication Sciences and Disorders. He directs the Motor Speech Lab. His research focuses on developing evidence-based treatment for people with Motor Speech Disorders. The overarching goal of his research is to improve the quality of life of people with Neurogenic Communication Disorders. His research has been funded by the Oklahoma Center for Advancement of Science and Technology. He is also passionate about the scholarship of teaching and learning. He has received numerous awards such as the President’s Fellow for Faculty Research and College of Arts and Sciences Distinguished Teaching Award.
